- Queue turns on when traffic is heavy (US site since Feb 2025).
- Wait shown is an estimate. Stock can sell out while you wait.
- Invite Only: newsletter subscribers in US, Canada, UK. Unique expiring link.
- Multiple emails can void an invite. One real account.
Walmart
Online drawings
- Free entry during a short window (about an hour in recent rules).
- Random selection. Winners are charged automatically.
- You may wait up to 72 hours for results.
- Drawing prices can sit above MSRP. Compare before you enter.
Best Buy
Invite system (online)
- Click Invite on the product page while logged in.
- If selected, you have 24 hours to buy.
- Accounts may be screened for bot like behavior.
- In store buying is separate from the invite flow.
Target
Limits + rumored raffle
- Online TCG: 2 per transaction, up to 2 transactions per product.
- Raffle language appeared in site or app code (late Sep 2026).
- Oct 12 signal for a 30th Celebration ETB raffle was not live as of Oct 14.
- Treat any raffle as unconfirmed until Target publishes rules.

Warehouse clubs
- Membership usually required.
- Stock is local and rolling, not one national clock time.
- Reported Costco 30th Celebration combo #2007496 around $57.49 (trackers).
- Verify on the shelf tag or Costco.com while signed in.
